The house has an integrated living room and dining room connected to the kitchen. The large sliding windows give light and freshness to the living room and open onto the large, covered terrace, integrating the interior with the exterior, expanding the environment.
Bright and fresh, the house is developed on two floors; the first floor houses a splendid social area with large terraces that connect to a room, currently used as an office, with a large terrace, its own full bathroom and separate entrance that could easily be transformed into a self-contained apartment. Also on the first floor is a spacious and bright kitchen with a family dining room, a large section dedicated to services, a heated swimming pool and patio, both completely renovated, a private garden and a garage for two large vehicles or three medium vehicles.
On the upper level, this cozy and private house has 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and dressing rooms, as well as a large and comfortable TV room.
The covered terrace, with false bamboo ceiling and ceiling fans, surrounds the entire internal facade of the house, has a BBQ area and bar, borders the garden and the beautiful refreshing pool with warm water, when necessary: ideal to take advantage of the pleasant climate all year round and for the entertainment of guests and family. On this level we also find another beautiful room with its elegant bathroom, also full of light and overlooking its own terrace. Currently used as an office space, it can be transformed into an apartment by being connected to the covered terrace and surrounded by a wall and with a separate entrance from the garden.
On the first floor, the entire service area is developed independently, consisting of a spacious and functional kitchen with white marble shelves with dark veins. Equipped with all appliances and a large pantry, the kitchen area includes a nice and informal family dining room with direct access to the terrace.
Also, on the first floor we find a large service area equipped with a washer and dryer with a covered outdoor area for drying clothes and a room for service personnel with full bathroom.
Finally, a large garage for two or three cars, but with space for bicycles or motorcycles, a wall equipped with built-in wardrobes and two rooms of discreet capacity, which could easily be used as a hobby room, storage rooms, among other uses.
A large, light-filled staircase leads us to the private upper level of Casa Roxanne. Here you will find a cozy and pleasant family TV room with large windows overlooking the green gardens. Laminate wood floors characterize the private area on the second floor. Next we find three spacious secondary bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, elegant and with high quality taps, light granite surfaces and walk-in closet. The rooms have large windows with views of the gardens and the golf course.
Finally, the master suite of Casa Roxanne, spacious, bright, and elegant, has large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool, the house's garden, and part of the golf course. The master suite also has a small office area, super spacious and characteristic "luxury" bathroom with glass walls that make the shower area and the two bathrooms private. It has a beautiful white granite countertop and great fixtures, as well as two large walk-in closets, one for her and one for him.
